Its definitely an OFNA but the model has slipped my mind its pretty old... I remember seeing the buggy and engine combo on OFNA's website about 8 years ago... Might be an old school ultra or LX... i do remember that buggy tho since its top brace looks like a spatula

it might be an Ofna MBX R-2, but not 100% sure.

Ofna for sure.

Ultra line.

Possibly an Ultra-LX.

Just look through the Ultra lineup and most everything was interchangeable for the most part.

Of the current production Ofnas most of your driveline parts and f/r suspension parts would be most similar to the LX-One; however it uses the C-hub front suspension arms which showed up on the Ultra Worlds GT back around '98ish.

EDIT: I originally said the car was not an MBX series; upon a little further research I still stand by that.

Jmaxey: I realize the car seems to come up as that description in a few places (I searched it too); but I think it's been incorrectly labeled (including in the customer rides area of Ofna's own site).

I swore they only used the MBX prefix on the pivot ball (Mugen style) front end cars.

The manual I found from Ofna confirms this would not be the MBX-R2; since the MBX series represents the pivot ball style frontend.

This platform the OP posted is ancient; used to be the "Ultra" Series until they've renamed the same pile of parts over and over again.

The front end on the car pictured used to be the "other" front end they used if they didn't use the classic C-hub design.

The UltraComp2 showed to use it...

Feel free to dig through the "Ultra" line of manuals listed here; you should be able to download a couple manuals and find all your part numbers since Ofna interchanges/carries over so many parts between vehicle models.

yeah i thought the same thing but there is also a way to convert it from pivot ball system, so that might be the case. but who knows.
