Default Losi muggy upgrades?

I just got this from a local friend and I want to make it a bit faster. From what I been reading I need to cut the weight of this down. So far I just installed rpm a arms. What things can I do to make this faster. Im redoing the diffs tonight, 7k f, 10k c, 5k r. And I just did the shocks last night with 40wt. I already bought some 17mm hubs but im unsure on what rims and tires to run on this. thanks for any help.

Some racing(even though I know truggies will stomp me) I would say more bashing than anything.
