You will love the speed crank for a buggy! It is so smooth! Really makes the powerband much more usable. Be prepared to pay for it though. They run $150+

yeah i have a speed and it is super smooth but i had a vspec as a back up but the rod and crank are shot will be looking for maybe a slightly used speed crank and a new rod thanks

Yeah, you don't have to worry about buying a used speed crank! With the DLC coating they practically last forever!

or you could just get a new vspec crank for 35$

Yeah but I only got two gallon with the stock crank.Im working on seven gallons on my speed and all I did is change the bearings and rod after breakin quality mill for sure

Oh i hear you. All i have is coated cranks. But for 35$, who cares.

you could get almost 5 of these for the cost of one speed crank.

i like a snappy buggy and a smooth truggy..

thats why i am droping the S852 into my buggy and the F850 into my truck.

haha.

i know... but o well... i like my buggy to have lots of power and bottom end..

maybe thats why i wanted an os28 in my d8 when i had it.

I have about 6 or 7 gallons on my Ninja JX and just put new bearings, rod, wrist pin in it. The DLC is the bomb!!!!!! the pin looks brand new and the new rod fit on there so tight. I love it. I think this motor is gonna go for 10 more gallons. No pinch, lots of compression. She screams.
