Default RC8T wont stay running... Air leak??

I have an RC8T RTR with a few little things done... stock motor but i changed he roto start to a box... I ran with it for a month or two and then it started messing up. Wouldn't stay running in any situation... Its been getting worse and worse... The first few times I only noticed it b/c it died during a heat and i re-started it and it ran the rest of the night. After that I went out and couldn't get it started at all... so unfortunately it sat for a while. Now that i got it started again it won't stay running when its idling, throttle on, letting off the throttle.... anytime. Could it be a leak on the rear engine cap i put on it?

Are the engine temps getting really high? usually high temps will point towards a leak. have you checked your glow plug and clutch? if all else fails set the needles back to factory setting and retune.

so does that mean problem fixed? if not, swap out the exhaust gaskets and fuel lines.
