sh.28 engine carb help
hey guys
im new to this forum i have a schumacher raptor .28 engine and need to know the carb base settings, this thing has three needles one either end of the carb and the HSN how do i set these back to factory

ive got it running but after a blip of throttle it idles real high for a few seconds and also it will go through a tank of fuel in about 5mins
