Sorry Aaron I could not resist.

By the way where where you last sun for the JBRL? I won 19T again and have a good lead in the points. I should be able to put that class away next month. I only need to finish ahead of Ryan in Qualifying or the main and I win the series! (ie. he has to TQ and win the next two races.)

Default AD2 Clarification

Aaron:

I'm hoping you can make a call over to Losi and get some clarification. A post on this tread said that Losi would be making a conversation axle so that we could run the old style rims on the AD2. However, Adam seemed to think this would not be the case. He said they would be providing both a threaded and quick change axle with the kit, but nothing that would allow the old rear rims to be used.

Can you get some clarification and see if they will at minimum design a smaller stub axle in the near future. It really doesn't make sense to convert my MF2 over to quick change axles so we all will end up with separate tires for our AD2 and MF2. For those of us that have several sets already mounted, these will become useless unless we run tires set up for gas on our electric.
Although this change is awesome for big races with long mains, we all will end up with separate tires for or AD2 and MF2. That's hardly saving the racer money!???!

Todd - Replied on the AD2 thread.

Casper - We decided Bakersfield was just too far to drive...haha. Being lazy for a weekend was nice!

Aaron - Did it work?

If so, you owe me big. If I'm not around, just drop me a message and let me know how it all went down.

D Mac - I haven't heard anything about back order. The Nova Rossi engines are very good, you'll be happy with that one as well.

Since you are so good at closing threads do you want to reply to my Rush question. I did a search and found 1 thread which gave vague details about the truck and then a whole bunch of guys waving the associated and losi flags. In the on-road forums we actually give some informed responses is that all I can expect from this forum?

AMGRacer - If you ask a question on that thread it will re-appear at the top of the forum list and bring it to everyone's attention. Starting a new thread won't get your question answered any faster.

Did you read the announcement at the top of the forum list, and watch the video?

Anything is raceable on a local level. WHen you're racing against sportsman-level drivers and newbies it's all about driving skill, and the car doesn't mean much. It has been proven that the Rush can't hang at big level races, because it wasn't aimed at the competitive racing crowd.
