I really like digital servos. I don't think most people will ever need them (and they can be more expensive), but you can definitely feel a difference.

you may have trouble with run time with digital.. I know I have a airtronics 758 that likes the juice.. my 359's don't use as much power but are still very responsive and quick..

just adding my experience..

Count my laps? I'm not sure what you mean.

I don't time myself in practice, but I always look at my laptimes during races.

Hey aaron, im wonder what kind of setup to use on my xxx-nt for a slippery, rough track with big jumps? Also what tires are good for this track type?

Thanks

aeraccer - Although it's probably not what you wanted to hear..I don't change anything from the Drake setup, no matter what the track is like.

If you are having trouble finding traction, try Adam's slippery track setup found on the Losi website. The perfect tire for your track may be King Pins or Studs; is it dusty and sandy, or clay?

D Mac - I never think about what lap I'm on, and I never really pay attention to how many minutes are in the race. The only thing in my mind during a race is the line I need to take in the next section of the track.

Hi Aaron, also, I forgot to ask, what type of compound would you use for this track? Its a loamy hard packed track with some loose sections. would you use the same tire for electric mod truck too?

Red will work the best. I'd use the same tire for mod as I would in gas truck.

With that brief description, it's impossible for me to tell you what would be best, but you can almost assuredly narrow it down to step pins, studs, and IFMAR pins.

Aaron,

Have you tried the 1-B rear link on you buggy? The super long one. If so, does it work like it's supposed to?

Thanks!

No, I haven't messed with my BK2 in a while (since the week after the Shootout). I've been super busy with gas races and it's taking all my R/C time.

Gotchya....no problem. I'm too lazy to mess with it myself. So I'll just leave a good thing be.

Now Go to BED!
