Glad I got those spacer sizes right. I always have a hard time remembering the A and B spacers!

Why do you say that? You were in the same main as National Champ Jesse Roberts in 2wd and keeping up. That is not a small task. It was amazing to see some of the racing at the JBRL round one this year. The quality of racing definiatly went up a notch. I just need to remember to get some more sleep for the next one if these races are going to be this long in the future!

To measure those stupid little limiters you could always bust out the good ole metric ruler, 1mm = .040

David - if want a really good lot of turning setup, try Rich Crees gen. grass setup on the losi site. im running it right now and i must say it has almost TOO much turning

Nick - Is there a such thing? Haha

auto2 - Hahaha nooo..I'm more than happy with my little Toyota!

Casper - Amen on the no-sleep thing. Jesse and I got relegated to the B-main as we (well, Matt) were the only non-locals! haha

I dunno..it was just a bummer to miss the main. I'm starting to not be happy with top-of-the-B finishes. I was faster than both Kurt and Jesse in the B and just couldn't keep it on all four wheels.

You need to stop with the rut rut and work on the flashlights some more then! Being 11-15 fastest when you are up agains A main worlds drivers is not too bad but I do hear you. It would be nice to put it in the show more! Keep it up. You are just about there. You need to drop out of school and start racing full time! LOL

is there any idea to prevent/protect the chassis from getting thiner and thinner faster, asspecially on the rearend, front end and on the front kickup section.. thinking of putting a thin stainless steel plate on that part, but no idea how to make it

arghh - I suppose you're talking about the X-1? I haven't seen any home-made fixes for that yet..so if you come up with something, let me know

Casper - Drop out of school? Uhh....no. Haha

Realistically though..take those same drivers and take them to any track but SoCal and I bet I could have made the main. So there!

Having a bad race every once in a while is good for me..gets me all fired up and focused on beating everyone.

Charles Person is about the only one that I would truly consider a So Cal ringer but I think you will do fine in the series. The rougher tracks will benifit you more with your rut rut experience!

(The school thing was a joke. Stay in school kids. R/C will be there when you get a degree and then you can actually afford the hobby! LOL)

Yeah...R/C is the fallback plan!

Everyone that made the main, with the exception of MF, has WAAAAAAAY more track time at SoCal than I do.
