I personally am not a fan of the car also though I have never owned one. They have some interesting ideas, but no one locally seemed to have made it work for them. I personally like to have a car that I can have local support with. Something that the Z car has not had at my local tracks

Take a good look at the Tamiya TRF801X it is a great buggy. I absolutely love mine. The car is real easy to drive, stays very planted, and has quality parts. You can also get great support on the forums aswell. I have drove several cars and my last car was the Xray 808 and it was a great car however since I have gotten the Tamiya I have gotten faster. Hope this helps and hope you find the right car for you.
