I flew down from NY to run this...was worth it other than the unorganized practice, should be a group for 10 min then all off.then another 20 or what ever for 10 min.Really need to pit outside though...the dust is brutal mixed with the fumes. Wall was a bitch but it makes the track i think. All in all awsome time.
My thoughts and prayers are with Dillard family, really sad

Quote "and the bathrooms getting completely rank after Day 1."

The bathroom problem was because people will not flush after useing the bathroom. Come on PEOPLE! You use then you flush. And yes it is that simple.

Rest in Peace "Bubba" and thanks for all you have done for the rc world.

I got about 8 hours sleep in the 4 days we were there, I lost my voice. I did ok in the mains. I finished second in the H main, and got to bump to the G. Was having a great run, running 4th, then I ran out of fuel and a kid that was turn marshalling every race just let it sit there for over a minute.

I don't use the bathroom at public places, so I never saw the bathroom situation, but I heard it was rough
Tell me about it....I was in the F-Main sportsman truggy, and went from 4th to dead last beacause the kid marshalling the chicane right in front of the drivers stand let every single truck go by before bending down to get mine! I know....don't get on your lid, and you won't need to be marshalled...

All in all, I had fun. This was my first big event, so I really didn't know what to expect. They do need a different arena though...there were WAY too many people for that venue. Getting big enough to outgrow a location is a good thing though, right? It means that more folks are coming each year.
