Clean your airfilter, change your glow plug, reset all the needles, make sure the carb gap is 1mm and check again. Check your fuel lines for leaks as well as the tank too. Also check if your engine and exhaust has anyleaks too. Eliminate all these factors and it should be all ok.

If you got any time on it I think the cluch is gone. Like the man said, it's time to look it over close.

+2 on the clutch. 9 times out of 10 it's as simple as that.

I've had the EXACT same problem myself, and regretfully I have to tell you it was because my engine had lost compression. Once the sleeve expands during HIGH speed use, under a load, it flames. I think you'll find that you can change your clutch, air filter and glow plug as muuuuuch as you want, but will have the same end results. Probably time to bid it a fond farewell, and install a new engine. Good luck!

Could be bearings. I replaced mine with TKO's and notice an improvement in my motors idle. I would replace a Ninja with a Ninja

Or Alpha, Orion, Werks... the list goes on and on. Can't really seem to pick a bad motor now a days.
