My intent is NOT to turn this into an Upgrade hate thread..I've sent a PM to imaxx21 and I got a response right away, and they are certainly willing to look after the problem, and I can't ask for more than that. Again, I'm not after any freebees here either, and I still intend on purchasing Upgrade products.

There's something to be said about good customer service, in any industry.

My replacement bag showed up today. I'm hoping it holds up well. Thank-you for the service.

Yeah.... I also bought one that didn't hold up too well.

The fabric around the zipper was the first thing to go, followed shortly by the main zipper itself.

Seems that a little heavier duty material could have been used.... Mine came apart almost in "Flakes". I don't know how else to describe it.

It went into the trash about 3 months after I bought it... It was just that unusable anymore.

Eh well... I been eyeballin' the new rollerbag, I"m just curious if its made of the same thin material or if it was beefed up.
