Losi needs the TP type balance connector. This one should work. I don't know if it is the one you have cause your link didn't work for me.

One thing you can check is if the metal conectors on the balance tap are bent (the metal tabs on the end of each wire). I have had this problem before and used a little screw driver to bend them back. Just do them one at a time because I think those balance wires can short the battery.

The losi is a 3 pin female connector the slot on that board is a 4 pin male its not even the right connector at all.

I really like the 7940's over the 7955's for steering night and day difference. Raced at the trophy race at Blue Diamond yesterday, The JL .21 from clockwork's ran flawlessly all day. I made some suggested setup changes and the car sailed into the A main(thanks Dan R and Brian M.) I stopped for gas 4 times in a 20 minute race, I have to figure that pit stop thing out All and all its starting to come together

in practice fuel your car and use a stopwatch, start it when u go out and stop it when u run out of gas. the most you should stop in a 20 minute race is twice, around seven minutes and around fourteen. my motor makes 11:00 minutes easialy so i do one pit.
