Ananda , if you want a high end engine let me do a RB B9 for you ! seriously you will leave those OS Speeds in the dust and get better mileage doing it...!!! The +4C's are going to seem pretty anemic next to that JL ...But the B9 will sing like a siren !

Im very impressed with the motor you sold me. Right out of the box it fired right up idled well and with one turn in it wanted to tear the tires off the rims. I never saw anything above 180* after a one tank blast up and down my street. I cant wait to get to the track and dial this motor in.

Neal im 100% on board with your engine program im sold so far. After i get some wheel time under my belt i will be in touch for your B9 for sure. I have never driven a car with servos this smooth before, RC has changed a lot since i quit.

Good lookin buggy man.

No No i was saying in terms of price the JL motor i got from Neal at clockworks is a cost effective starting point solution for a very powerful engine. I was not diminishing the novarossi motor one bit.

The bearings need to be idled to seat them before you beat on the engine.....it was in my instructions ! no worries, you should be fine !

Got out to Awesome RC in Fredricsburg VA today for some practice. After about 5 tank's i was back in my grove and it felt like i had not missed a day on the wheel. My losi 8 feels exactly like my old electric XX, but with a scary power band. Its got a little mid corner push but i think i know how to fix that
