Default mystery rc8b part/tool

hi there,

i've just built my rc8b and am left with this part i can only suspect is some sort of tool as it's not listed in the manual anywhere. anyone tell me what it is or does?

does it fit inside the fuel tank? looks like a fuel tank insert to reduce the tank volume to me...

It is the tank "plug" whick reduces tank volume down for certain event sanctions like ROAR etc. That way if you get teched and need to reduce fuel volume to 125cc and do not want to adjust fuel line lengths you have the options.
