Don't hold the radio as tightly
use a hand/finger exerciser. One of those springs things
Play VRC with your own controller during the week, this will help a lot.

After I broke my wrist I had that problem, and my doctor said that it was because i had worse blood circulation in my hand, and holding something across the palm of the hand like a radio for a long time makes it even worse.

SOLUTION: Put grip tape on the handle to make it bigger, so it doesnt dig into the had as much, and rests on a larger surface area. Solved it for me.

+1 I use tennis wrap on my tx, a lipo, and I tried a lanyard to partially support the weight of the tx.

I ran my buddy's transmitter that used AA and my arms were killing me after a 45 min main this past weekend. The next day I ran two back to back 45 min mains with my transmitter that had lipos, teniis wrap and lanyard that cliped on the radio. After an hour and a half of driving, my arms and fingers weren't half as bad as when I ran the heavy transmitter.

Yeah, it's just a little joke amongst the people that know Laquan. Heck, if I was surrounded by people that had decades more experience than I do, I'd have them tune my engines as well.

it sounds stupid but I find that this work anytime I have pain or something distracting me during long races. Just SMILE real big. This take all the pain and pressure away from the race for a bit. I then start laughing because I think everyone around the track is looking at me. Try it, it works.
