Default Help With Identefing this RC

Hello every one, new here but I have been in the seen for some time.

I need some help on the ID of this car, I have done some hard google-ing and come to the conclusion that it must be a Serpent of 1995-97 vintage.

The rip start has me baffled!?

It has a LEO .21 and a funky 3rd servo reverse.

Got it at a garage sale here in Oz, I don't want to run it if parts are non-existing as it all works now.

Looks older than 90's. Do NONE of the parts have a manufacturer's name on them?

Angle of the shocks seem to be indicative of an onroad car. Cool find!

To run or not to run...this is the big Question?

I'd run it, probably not off road or anythign to wild , just up and down the street to see it go.

It is no Cobra, I do own one and I can say that Serpent never has created such a (very neat) starting system.
