Cav used holeshots to so I'm gonna guess they used the tire that they know works well in that condition.

The dirt was REALLY soft after all the rain the hit the Pit. Marshalling that race really sucked ass. I missed one of the most epic battles ever staged on an RC track...

Not very well. I had nothing but problems in qualifing, and started in the Open Truck D main. I got the first main right after the track was fixed from the rain, so it was a mud bog. I managed to bump to the C. I was in a bump spot again, when my clutch finally died. Turns out, they don't work very well with an extra 5 lbs of mud on the truck. Go figure.

I got 7th in Pro 4wd SC. It was fun, but crappy at the same time. We'll try it again next year.

you only got 5 lbs? wow. i had no traction in the first qual, had a decent run in second qual. switched to gridirons for 3rd qual and was doing great, was in the lead, then my throttle servo would work and stop. happened 3 times, still got 8 laps, but killed my run. i got put to the C main and the weight of my truggy cause the front right dog bone to snap

If they are the VTR Tires then you will only be able to use Proline VTR wheels.

Most series that run ROAR rules still allow them. The JBRL series uses ROAR rules and the VTR tires always pass tech.
