There are at least two other threads that I have seen. The Ten-T is a great little truggy with awesome performance and a awesome bang-for-the-buck. I don't know why you would say it has a lot more plastic. It seems about on par with the 8ight RTR.

The main issue with the Ten-T is the OWB in the ROSS system and the stock glow plug isn't hot enough. Switch to an A3 plug and keep another OWB in your pit box.

What do you mean? The Ten-T has the ROSS onboard starting system.

i mean it has a one way bearing, on the crankshaft right if so what you do is you take the backplate off .and theres a little pin thats ,in the back of the crankshaft and you get, a non pullstart backplate to make it a non pullstart than you use, a starter box. if you want to do that

The ROSS System is part of what makes the 10-T so darn cool!

dont get me wrong the ross system is cool, but if you want to race with the 10-t a non pullstart will ,have a lot less weight. i think tracks should just put the 10-t in the monster, truck class if you ask me.

I am hoping that the issue can be fixed. I would prefer to keep the ROSS system on my Ten-T. Otherwise you might as well buy a 8ight RTR.

I haven't heard of any real OWB problem on the ten-t.

Head to the Losi forums and read up. http://forum.losi.com/showthread.php?t=1735

There are several major threads on it. My current theory is that there is an issue with the back plate leaking on some of these. My OWB worked fine for weeks and then started slipping. Clean it out and it would run for a day and start slipping. Replace the OWB and it would start slipping again in a day. So I think there is more to it than just a OWB issue. Something is causing it to slip repeatedly.

I just picked it up yesterday and I haven't driven/raced it yet. The engine is still on the way from Canada and I need to wait to get my Ten-T back from Losi so I have a radio since I am using the DX3S.

Losi is going through my Ten-T due to several issues including the OWB. They are hoping to ship it back to me today.

And the Ten-T:
