Nope the truggy has way to many parts different to make it cost effective.

your better off just getting the 2.0 eight buggy, or the 2.0 truggy chassis and just upgradeing to the 2.0 parts when ,the 1.0 parts start to ware. or just upgrade slowly.

Thats what I was thinking. I bought this 1.0 truggy used because it was a killer deal I couldn't pass up, never ran truggy though, I run buggy.

Should I just run this truggy to see if I like it? Or is the 1.0 truggy incapable of being competetive?

1.0 truggy is a good truck but you wont have the rotation or traction the 2.0 has. it will tell you tho if you like it, keep in mind the 2.0 wont push as hard as the 1.0 did. my set up i have on my truggy has so much rotation when i drive buggy it feels like it pushes to me, but this is with the help of fisher and peck tho

does the eight-t 1.0 push bad i whould, think its all about the setup. how is the rotation on the 1.0 truggy? it will be my first season, racing with it. i think it can be competetive at, a club level racing level like im doing. i did race buggy last season. i just want to race something diffrent.

hows the traction also on the eight-t 1.0, i did try somebodys eight-t 1.0 during practice but he, had the wrong tires though.
