Default fuel filter question

I recently just built a rc8b. This is my first nitro ever. I see that the kit doesn't come with a fuel filter. Do I need one? If so, where do I mount it and which one is the best? Any pictures that could be included would be great.

they have a stone filter in the tank and is sufficient...many run an extra filter mainly for a little extra run time. i never use one because it is another place for a possible leak..and can cause headaches..but to each his own....but no you do not NEED one.

Not needed, but I like to use one to mount to the splash fin on the tank, it keeps everything neat, and really, why don't cars come with those things. My 808 showed one in the pic, but not in the kit. Cars should come with premount tires too, There is so much extra stuf to get, it kinda gets annoying. Not horrible, but irritating. Extra screws and nuts would be nice too.
