BTW, look at Dylan Rodriguez. He has been place in every major race he has attended since he slapped the BCE chassis on his Mugen
John is it even possible to misuse your words, they were pretty straight forward, but you are right my issue was my own. BTW what does Dylan's performance have to do with the quality of the man's character as your statement seems to be pointing to that very issue. If that was not the intent of your words then I was mistaken.

I had a Fioroni chassis on a 777SP2, and it was awesome! My only complaint was that it did wear out at the droop screw tabs after a short while, but I drilled/tapped some 4mm set screws into the droop tabs and it was never a problem again. The new Fioroni chassis have steel inserts at the droop screw tabs. I have the MBX6 chassis, and everything droped on perfectly. I havent had a chance to run it yet due to the weather, but soon...

Yes you mis-used my words. You attacked his character because you wanted a custom item in a outrageous time-line. It showed your character for what it was worth.

I tried a Fioroni chassis on my mbx5r it did not fit right,so I had to dremel it to
make it work. The engine mount bolts protruded from the bottom of the chassis scrapping the ground, plus it bent after about 2-1/2 months of racing.
So needless to say I'm not impressed with Fioroni's products. I ordered a BCE
Pro Lite chassis from Bill about a year ago. The BCE was alot lighter than the Fioroni and cheaper. I'm still running the the BCE it's still as straight as an arrow. You order your chassis directly from Bill the company owner, which
means alot to me. The chassis fits perfectly. Great value!

I had a fironi chassis for my jammin x1 cr back in the day come to find out it was heavier than the orginal chassis it held up fine and looked good but wouldn't drop that kind of coin on it again...I also tried their twin turbo clutch what ever it's called and that was bad never worked right ended up holding onto it and I still have the parts(couldn't even sell it for like $15 bucks lol) not bashing fironi but my personal experience would not warrant spending that kind of coin on their stuff again.

If getting the losi chassis, yes. Your spur gear will hang out lower then the chassis. if that hits a rock, you engine would shut off, and destroy the gear.

I just got the fironi chassis for my HB D-8 and it was a perfect fit. I am going to race it this weekend. We will see how it works. Hopefully it will turn out to be a good chassis for me. If not the next one will be the BCE chassis. I have read nothing but good reviews on it other than the time it takes to ship out to you, but everyone says it's worth the wait.
