Default Transponder question?

i have never owned a transponder and just started racing. When you get a transponder is it as simple as plugging it into the reciever and just giving your club the transponder number?

cheers

Yup. Plug it into the AUX port, put the # on your entry form....and go race.

yup, what car do you own? most have two holes drilled in the radio tray somewhere. just screw the transponder in place and plug the transponder into the aux port on the receiver. Then give your race director the number. easy as that.

Any open slot on the reciever will work. Happy racing.

Default Tansponder #

Save the transpononder # in your cell phone then you always have it handy You would be amazed how many racers give the wrong transponder # .

No chance in getting two numbers the same if you buy a AMB PT
