engine and head help

i have a sh .21 engine and one of my freinds gave me a grp head on it and it doesnt work how can u make it work

you dont have the best pipe on that motor

a jp1? find a jp3-4 or a dynomite 053-086

they are a bit more high end happy pipes over the torque low end of the jp1.
