Look around the forum and you'll find many threads discussing what engine to buy. Best bang for the buck right now is a Novarossi N21R/N21BF or a Werks B5.

the jammin jpx.21 is a great engine to throw in there. tons of power! i have one in mine. and since your just bashing around you wouldnt have to worry about runtime. the engine has tons of power though. i would highly recommend it! its only $220

7 minutes , really ? Just this week end my jpx ran 9 mins 30 seconds in buggy on a muddy track & I was hard on the throttle too . What temps are you guys running your engines at ? I don't tune by temp but do ck . it & it runs from 205 to 230 .

i run mine at around 220. but i have a really crapy pipe on it. i think its my problem.. and i could lean it out a but more... and i just switch to a different clutch setup so hopefully that'll help a little.
