Default Motor HELP??

I just got a motor from my buddy that is seized up and i remember reading something on here about a solution to soak it in to break it free and i cant remember for the life of me and what to do? so if anyone has any advice or any helpfull tips i would enjoy to here them all so i can get it going for my boat im building....

Take it all apart or at least what you can, remove all o-rings and ruber parts, remove carb, and soak it all in WD-40 for a couple days.
