Default tire foam inserts

I got some aka super soft city blocks. Should i use stiffer inserts?

Is there a general rule when it comes to compounds?

The tires are not premounted. They do not have inserts. If they did i obviously would not be asking this question.

It was my mistake when i ordered them.
