I managed to secure 3rd spot in qualifying, Race started and first lap i was down to 8th with a mistake on the first lap.. quickly chased in the leaders and was lying 1st with a 20second gap to 2nd place. 55min into the race. (we have 1hour mains here in SA) my Receiver battery died. my pit crew managed to send me out again and was lying 5th or 6th at that time and pushed myself back to 4th to secure 3rd spot in the National Ranking!.. what a car!
Thanks to my Sponsors and Products.., CuziRacing.com Bullitt / Beta / Bittydesign / Avid and obviously Agama! cant wait for 2014 season to start

well done...

is that the 1.2 tapered pistons? what shock caps does the fr edition come with? and by the looks of the pics you were running the black springs??

thanks for the info

how does the 16 degree caster blocks make the car feel over the original 12 degree ones?

when would you use these?

Ive been told Everyone runs either 14* or 16* caster blocks. I havent tried the car with 12 yet to be honest. I just took the most common used in europe and put it on my car. as I didn't have time to test for differences. More testing will be done with the car over late Nov and december as we have another race this weekend. and again no time to test different caster angles. but will definitely test after that!

shocks i used the grey bladder and upgrade caps that come in the kit i believe., I have a ton of orange bladders laying around lol...from upgrading extra shock sets to the upgraded caps and bladders...this car is just getting better i only have about 1.5 gallon through it now..and the grip it generates is just insane... I am struggling with the rear at the moment.. the car tends to grip and sag around a long corner and then loose traction.. so need a way to solve that.. any suggestions?

Too much toe while increasing rear grip, will also make it lose traction abruptly once it does...

I run 4 degrees of toe, lowest roll center(all the way up, inside) with long links and it hasn't been a real issue for me. But people always tell me that when I say I'm running 4 degrees.

Maybe try 10/7/7 or 10/10/7. I run 5/5/3 on buggy and 10/10/7 on truck and they both handle the same, almost too much rear grip under power, and very predictable.

That makes sense. You should make the jump to HV servos and Lipo though. The increased speed and torque of the servos and the additional run time is well worth it.

TQ and 2nd in my first legit buggy race this past Saturday(I usually only race truck).

I lost 1st with literally 2 turns to go when a marshal stepped in front of my car and 2nd place was able to get thru. Thems the breaks, I guess...

Was the only sportsman driver to get a 15 lap qual round. Up until last week, this car was my E-buggy. Shocks and springs were the only things I changed.

Still searching for that top podium spot then moving to open.

Car was great all weekend. Looking forward to next race.

Mexican Nats last stage, Morelia City.

Ifmar tree system, got 3rd place on semifinals (30 minutes) and jumped to finals (40 minutes).

By minute 25 i was on 4th place trying to catch the 3rd, and my gas servo went out on me ... sad but happy with performance ...

Today I was replacing the fuel tank of my agama buggy and inside the package it comes an insert that I am guessing goes inside the tank is there a reason why?

if you run extra fuel line and filters, you can put in the insert to remain roar legal.

Guys,

Have you tested 12°, 14° and 16° caster blocks ?, can you give me your input on them ?
