My spur gear keeps slipping and changing the pad and gear itself doesnt help. Can someone give me other advice?

have you tried adjusting your slipper clutch nut tighter? just dont over tighten it

no if you over tighten will is have the same effect?

no it just wont slip and you will take out the gear

Then yes ive tried that. it was tightened downb all the way and it keeps slipping. it eats right through the friction pads.

its hard to diagnose without having it in your hands. have you tried calling traxxas customer service?

there might be something broke, you might have installed something wrong. its hard to tell

is it possible that the piece that it fits on is broken?

anything is possible. if youre blowing friction pads with the slipper set tight, something is definately broken, or installed improperly

okay thank ya. i guess ill take it to the hobby shop tommorow.
