Are you wanting one ready to run, or do you already have electronics and a motor?

I would look around for a Hot Bodies D8 buggy, there is one on ebay with a 400.00 buy it now but needs a engine and radio gear which can be had for another 100.00 if bought used "lower end" but then in a little while you could buy better radio and engine....

Get it while you can.

That will leave you $130 for a better steering servo, some fuel, and other parts you will need

There's a used 8ight 2.0 RTR on craigslist in my area right now for $425.

Just searched used and you will find great deals. When I had a cheaper Ofna, I couldn't make it a race without breaking something.
