Gun 'barrel' pointing down. I only fill it up 1-2 laps before pitting is required

X2 the gun MUST remain Noozle down or the Vent tubes can get fuel in them and cause a Choking action or the fuel to stop when it shouldn't.

I've never use a fuel gun but I think that’s my next purchase for the up and coming season.
How does the know when to stop and not over fill the tank? Is there like some pre-setting on it?
Are the guns now better about not leaking? I thought I remember this being an issue before and made me change my mind on buying one.

Fuel Gun is a must! I use the losi one myself. It leaks some but gets the job done quickly. Make sure you don't fill it up until you're about to use it or all the fuel will leak out.

It stops when the fuel in the tank reaches the vent tubes. This cuts off the "circulation". Most fuel guns will leak.
