Default How to dye wheels???????

Where do you buy the dye? what kind of dye do you use? Whats the process?

Rit Dye, pot of near boiling water, add dye or dyes for required colour,keep water at near boiling, submerge parts & check regularly until parts at at disired darkness.

Just fabric dye Rit is popular but if you happen to have another brad that would work too and water need not be boiling or "hot" needs to be warm to desolve dye if you use powder if you use liquid which i havent tried room temp would work i mix it about 2x stronger that what is in the directions and then soak for a week or so to get good color most grocery stores have some and wal mart or other store that is comparable would have it

Having the water at near boiling changes it from a week or so to several minutes!
Rit dye is the only one I've found or heard of that works well. I've tried Dylon powder & liquid & neither worked very well at all.

HaHa yeah i spose i just mix up the dye in a 2 gal bucket and drop em in and forget about them for a while
