I was thinking "Hello Kitty" stickers would look really good. Ryan Lutz is gonna be jealous! (and at least you just did the starter box... you aren't fast enough to drive a pink car!)

I did mine with some vinyl that looks like aluminum treadplate. (Or diamond plate, or whatever you want to call it...)

Did you apply it just like you would put monocote on a plane ? Does tear easy when it gets bumped by other stuff ?

Pure custom wrap from upgrade and it still looks good after 8 months of racing 2-3x per month.

Custom? This is debatable.

Its just a thick vinyl like sticker. it is quite durable and the adhesion is really good. previously i had a couple random pieces of the stuff on the box for a little over a year, of course i dont treat my starter box with the respect it deserves but even after that the test pieces held up suprisingly well. took a heat gun a scraper and then nitro fuel to remove them.

I have used this theory with body clips for a couple of years now. I buy BIG PINK body clips. No one ever steels them & when I loose one on the track I often find it the next time I'm there sitting on the drivers stand or on a pit table. I've been using the same clips (I think it was a 10 pack) for nearly 2 years now.

I should try that... body clips are expensive!

(If I saw them I'd gank them because they're pink!)

its not heat activated.

This stuff is this vinyl stuff with adhesive on the back. peel off the paper backer and stick it. kinda like a bumper sticker only much larger.
