looking at some specs
I am looking at some specs on some bodies for my st-rr since proline nor jc are not going to make anything newer styled for them,
i turn to the rc8 truggy line,
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXYPK3&P=7
or the st-rr body from proline
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXTJC3&P=7
specs are very close,
i know i will probably have to find some body mounts, but should i do it?

I'd do the ProLine ST-RR body. It looks like a truck. But that's just my opinion.

the specs are very close i think i can make it work,
and i agree with you for the most part the new bodies look funky, but they grow on you.
