I vote Ten-T all the way. It comes with a great radio, great engine and the truck is awesome too. I have owned many 1/10 scale trucks (HPI MT1, HPI MT2, Associated RC10 GT, and Losi Ten-T) and I love this thing. I thrashed the heck out of this thing on the track this last week and it is VERY durable.

I have never owned a Traxxas, so I can't really comment on them. I assume they are more on-par with HPI than something like the Ten-T. I know Traxxas quality has improved in the last decade, but I always saw them as a company that made toys, rather than serious cars. From what others tell me, this is not still true today.

You can go read up on the Ten-T in the latest RC Car Action magazine where it gets an insanely positive review and there are some great videos on it on the web.
