The Z01T has a quality style very well designed plastics but weight, opened diffs, steering setup and parts is a issue. I also didn't care for the shock body ends plastic ? should come as aluminum kept blowing. Mugen: pillow ball setup is a issue FOR ME. Ive seen guys at the track often run off with their tire hanging but extreme RC rated this kit #1 for 09 for overall performance since price was very reasonable. For me it reminds me of a revo I always made sure I had a full set of carrier since it was vulnerable. If I had to pick between these two Mugen but if I had all option LOSI

alot of people bitch about the pillow ball suspension but I have had a 5t and
6t and never had one come loose plus it will move and flex more than any other truck out there and that will be alot of help in a hard crash
heres a few pics showing how much it will move and flex from stock

can you still drive it if that happens during a race or does it just flex that far and go right back to how its supposed to be?

no it locks there and if no one on the track knows what has happen they think it's broke. This was a known issue with the 5t but I have never had it happen to my 6t when I had it. A little flex is good but I wouldn't say that this issue in general is. jmo

It's not gonna get pushed that far in a crash I really have to twist it hard to get it like that I was just showing how much the pillow ball suspension would move witout ever breaking

I like the pillow ball set up too.

I crashed alot during a practice day in the snow and ice at my local track.

When I got home I noticed a little extra slop in the wheels, took the wheels off, tightened the outer cups on the pillow balls and nearly all the slop gone.

I have had one come loose from the arm, but this was my mistake not the cars. If you build it right they are excellent, do it wrong and ya get what you deserve.

This is my first Mugen, I doubt I'd buy anything else easily, the quality is lovely and boy does it handle well. I've only been racing 5 months and I won my first B final recently, bumped and came 5th in the A Main. I was fairly happy with that.

My local track is very very tight, so steering and handling is very important.
