Default epoxy ramped on crankshafts?

just want to know what kind of epoxy those engine modders use on the crankshaft?or is it only silicone?

It is a type of silicone but not just any will do, it needs to withstand the fuel we use.

You don't just take your drill and drill it out though, I do mine in a lathe, some use a mill too. I would think it would be tough to do it without either though.

Is the O.S. speed and Jx cranks just ramped with silicon or are they drilled out, filled and ramped with silicone.

I believe they are drilled out, never pulled one out to see how deep though. A waste of time epoxy ramping without drilling it out, the gain is the crank being lighter not the ramp.
