Love the initial pics!

I would only worry about the wing design, looks a little fragile to me! Maybe also with such a low profile body, your heatsink might take more punishment from flips, etc.

Don't be fooled by the quiet nature of these guys. They have a beautiful bit of kit and this is it's first public outing.
These guys are very technically minded like a Grand Prix team, the seriousness of how they go about their business might not seem overly fun, but I reckon it will bring success. The designers of most cars will be similar in their demeanor.
Also take into consideration their nationality, some are somewhat more reserved than the USA

That video is awesome. Really makes the car look nimble and capable, especially while airborne. Hupo is phenomenal as well.

My bad, but they are development drivers and as such will work closely with the the designers. They are expected to give detailed feedback on how the car handles and are instrumental in getting the car to it's final stages.
Seeing them in the pits at NEO, they are working on the car, changing settings and really going over it constantly. Many other "drivers" are sat around chatting and being sociable. These guys are 100% focussed on the car.
