1. a (high torque servo at least a 130 oz of torque) i remmend the (orion vds 1007 dingal servo) ,yea i know a lot guys on here say get the hitec but even they will fail.

2. tires i remmend one pair of (aka city blocks and aka i-beams soft compound
premounted.)

3. big bore shocks just soaks up every bump.

4. maybe a engine after your stock one goes bad.

5. a receiver battery pack a 1500 works good.

+1 aka i beams soft compound lasted me a whole summer of racing (about every other weekend) actually they are still kinda good. going to keep them for just screwing around and practicing with. just got some city blocks for christmas to run this year.

i would get tires/wheels and a good servo for like 50 bucks or so. i run JR servos i forget what model the servo is but its a jr sport servo and has 143 ounces of torque. good enough for me and has lasted a while now.
