i dont see why everyone mixes tires and foams. run aka and aka together and you will get the best performance.

I recently did a test with losi tires and losi rims. I ran one set with the stock Losi foams and one with AKA foams. The AKA foams performed better. The buggy felt more stable and overall yielded better performance. Until I did the test and felt the difference myself I use to think the same way. Foams do make a difference.

thats what aka designed the foam for, more stability. losi sponsoered drivers are only allowed to run losi tire setups, but what if they ran aka foam. i need to tell my neighbor that. you said aka works good in losi tires?

Speaking of tires... I'm impressed with the new rubber compound Panther has on the small-pin tires. Haven't driven a set yet, but they feel really good to the touch (feel "grippy") and seem to have pretty long wear.

Evidently they have a lot more natural rubber in them... they smell like "real" tires, moreso than others I've seen in the past. (Wow, what a scientific evaluation... they "smell more like natural rubber!")

I'm gonna have to give them a try.

And the different size Proline foams are a tuning option. They're staggered for folks who run oval!
