Default Mounting Bar Codes

What is the best way to mount them? I have heard two different stories. I know the two different ways either give you more forward bite or more side bite. This is how I believe it to be - for more forward bite, mount the tires with the bigger connecting triangles to the outside, and for more side bite mount the tires with the smaller un-connecting "U"s to the outside

Thanks
