Ok look, prime it, warm the engine up with a blow dryer and try to start it.

The fuel has lubrication in it.

I get good quality castor oil at the local pharmacy. It's clean, it's de-gummed, what more can you ask for? Maybe not the cheapest source, but I only need very little of it, so I don't care.
