Great engine for the money. A top end screamer better suited for a buggy then a truggy because of the lack of lowend. If taken care of that engine can last anywhere from 8 to 10 gallons of fuel. RB's hold a very reliable tune once they are properly dialed in.

The s7 is a great motor but just lacks on the bottom end imo. I used to run strictly the s7 and it took a lot of work for me to be happy with the motors performance ie modding, right pipe and header, gearing etc. The motor owns on a big straight but for short tight tracks something like a Werks b5, OD ss .21, or even the Novarossi Bf are a better choice. All of the motors I mentioned are under 200.00 dollars if you shop around to. Check em out.

don't forget about the rb s5/hobby9 or the killer9. they are both around $230 and are both great for buggy.
