LRP 28 SPEC 3 BLANK BACKPLATE?

Has anyone tried to fit a blank bump starter back plate to the pullstart lrp 28? The crankpin hits the lrp blank plate. What plate can be used??

You can either grind off the pull start pin, or replace the crank with the non-pull version.

Grinding the pin off isn't hard to do, done it several times myself.

Just try the Dynamite backplate (part#DYN0960). It has a groove cut in it to clear the pin on the crankshaft, no modification necessary
