Sh.21 clutch?

Hi i have a SH.21 engine that i want to fit into my buggy. The thing is it has an extended clutch bell which is to long to hit the spur gear on my buggy. Is it just as simple as getting a new clutch set up?

What kind of buggy are you putting it in ? I always use the flywheel & clutch bell from the buggy i'm putting the engine in & so far it has worked out good.
