How old is too old?
Hey guys, if you had some O'Donnell 20% racing fuel, and it has been kept in a closet inside the house. How old is to old??? It still burns if you pour some on the ground and light it??

Actually it's Teal... kinda Bluish/Green... like I said If I pour some on the ground and light it, it flames up and burns for awhile..

Hmm that doesnt sound very good to me. I would try shaking the gallon to re mix. if the funky color doesnt go away i dont think id chance it. If your running an expensive mill, since there is a question dont chance it. I have run od 30% thats been 3 months old with no problems thats in a dark cool closet.

I wouldn't run fuel that is more than a year old. Less than that is fine by me. Some fuel has been sitting for months before you even get the chance to buy it. That's the rule for club racing at least. For big races I'll usually buy a fresh gallon, or use one that is less than 2 months old, but of course in the summer usually a gallon won't last more than a month before it's all burnt up, so it's pretty rare to have really old fuel sitting around.
