I am putting one together for the first time. I know that the short end if the spring is supposed to go on the inside of the shoe closer to the nut but the shoes are not getting tight. THey are still very loose. Any ideas what im doing wrong. They arent loose like they will come off. But loose as in its easy to pull them away from the flywheel.
