Default Dialed RC....STEER CLEAR!!!!

If anyone is looking for good Customer Service then steer clear of the new company "Dialed RC" . I asked for tracking information on some bags I ordered and got treated like a piece of dirt. If you want to be treated like a person, don't buy from them!!!!

Man IDK what you are talking about but I sent them an email today because I thought they shorted me on the labels for the tire cans. Chuck at dialedinc not only returned the email today, on a sunday, but he told me where the labels were, in a can, and offered to send me labels next day air if I didnt have them. Of course the labels where exactly where Chuck told me they would be. IMO the customer service at dialedinc is second to none. So you ordered some bags and didnt get them in 2 days, I bet they come tomorrow. You are now going to be known as "that guy that bashed a great, not good, but great company."
i would not want to be that guy. In addition I will add that last week on Tues. I ordered 3 car bags and 1 tire bag with embroidery and they arrived at my door on Fri. I do live in nor ca so they are not that far away but thats what I call customer service. I would be willing to bet that you will end up eating this thread. Just my 2 cents.

I know this is an open forum and it is good to give feedback but starting 7 threads about a new company is not helping the hobby, post in the feedback thread or company discussions. I personally know the people running Dialed INC and they are the nicest guys in this hobby I have met so far. Im sure it was some kind of misunderstanding or more obvious, you jumped to conclusions and said something irrational. Do not fear anything from Dialed INC!!!

Well,
When they basically tell me I'm an A-Hole for asking where my bags are then I have an issue! I asked a simple question and got slammed. I'm not you're average Joe and am willing to spend extra....got treated like crap so I responded in kind.

Could you explain how you were treated like dirt?

I find that really hard to beleive they treated you like that. From dealing with them for that last month they have been nothing but good to me, and everybody I have sent them for bags they have also treated really well.

I am sure if you feel you were treated this way you should contact them directly and see if they can fix the situation. I think this would have been the best way to do it instead of bashing them on a public forum. Just a thought.

I emailed them on here like about 3 weeks ago. Never got a response. Wanting to get tire cans.

I have the line of Dialed bags and love them. Quality stuff, fair prices, cool guys. Some people are never happy.

Sorry you never got a response to your email. Chuck Harris, one of the 2 main dudes at Dialed and the one most active online, has said several times in other threads that the best way to contact him is by phone if you have any issues or questions. I've emailed Chuck several times and the response has been either immediate or in the next couple of days. Not everyone lives online or obsessively checks email

Also bear in mind that Dialed basically *exploded* as a new company and the demand and huge response to their products took them completely by surprise. Chuck mentioned at one point that they thought they would grow much slower than they have and that the horde of customers has been above and beyond what they ever expected. Given that alone, the fact that practically no one has anything bad to say about Dialed and their service and quick turn around on customer orders is pretty damned amazing.

I asked about shipping of the 2 bags I ordered. Sent a question last week, got a response slamming me because I was a day off on when I sent the question. Customer Service does NOT include slamming your customers and their questions. I'm done with them regardless of how nice their stuff is. I've seen their bags, good stuff no doubt! If they treat everyone the way that Chuck treated me then I would rather use a plastic garbage bag than their stuff.

Note: I'm a happy customer of Dialed so keep in mind I'm biased

If you read my previous response in this thread it should give you some background on some of the challenges Dialed has been facing in terms of growth. Now, put yourself in their shoes for a second. You have a customer asking about an order and the information they provide is incorrect. So you have to go through a lot of information and extra searching to respond. You mention this in your response. Customer takes what was said in a manner that wasn't intended.

I have the feeling that it was something along the lines of "hey when you ask about an order it helps if you give us the right info cause it can be difficult to track down otherwise which delays our response and overall effectiveness" and you took it to mean "Dude! You gotta give us the right info or you're a pain in my ass LOLROFLCOPTERS" when it wasn't meant that way at all.

By the way I just looked at my ebay messages which I dont normally even look at over the weekend and you didnt send a message on thursday. You actually sent it FRIDAY NIGHT. Normally I wouldnt even respond to you until Monday morning but you seem concerned about you package. Your package was shipped ups ground because it's the cheapest and you were concerned about shipping costs.

You decided to be an A*S to the wrong person. First off, I am NEVER concerned with shipping costs and would have happily paid additional to get your bags faster. 2nd, as a CUSTOMER of a new business, since you're a DI*K, I will trash you to EVERY racer I know including racers that you sponsor. I absolutely CANNOT believe that you are such a DOUCHE BAG to treat a customer the way you have. Good luck to you as you will NEVER succeed with your level of customer service. I will NEVER order anything from you're company again, and I will make sure that no one that I know EVER orders from you. I absolutely put 100% into customer service, You ordered your stuff on monday and your stuff was packaged and went out tuesday. I put tubes inside of tubes and wrapped them with paper so they would not get any scratches just to save you money on shipping. I could have just said no I cant combine the shipping. I do put effort into customer service and I think you will find most people have seen this from us. I'm sorry if you took my post offensive, but it is what it is at this point.

For my sake, I will have Ups discontinue shipment and you will be refunded by paypal shortly. I would rather do it this way than for you to dispute through paypal. Since you are going to dump them anyway I am sure you will be happy with this.
