Default Who makes Losi engines?

Are Losi engines actually made by Losi, or r they manufactured by someone else? I have a Losi 454 .28, from my new 8-T 2.0 RTR and was just wondering.

Not a big fan of those, but on a positive, if a guy getting into the hobby can buy an ehm, a losi with a decent engine that does run fairly consistent, and is pretty darn fast along with a box, radio and all, heck it gives me new people to race, and it's been really fun to have new people in the sport. So I guess I should shut up and race. My first three engines were force engines way back before nitro was popular and they ran good for me to practice, heck I even wone some races with the blue 4 port with a stock steering servo, long time.

They are SH engines and they are some of the best on the market. Sh makes engines for a gang of companies and has the own line.http://z-carstore.com//catalog/produ...roducts_id=225

Cheap .21 engine. Modern starter box, finally!

So what would be a good recommedation if I were to buy a great race motor? Money is not an issue.... within reason... I have no need to have the best motor in the state, I just want to be in contention at the end of the race.
