I'm having a problem unstinting this sway bar set up. The locknut that tightens down on the a-arm that holds the pivot ball it place, do I leave the nut loose so the pivot ball moves freely or do I Leave it tight so it doesn't move? The other question is I have no clue how high or low to run the pivot ball coupler that holds the swaybar, it states it in the manual but I'm not very clear on what the he'll I'm doing.

It's really not needed to go to all the trouble of making a throttle/brake arm. All thats needed is use a large washer under the screw so the outer part of the plastic is being pushed down instead of the thin inner plastic.

I put o-rings in first and then tightened them down. Holds them tight while being loose enought for the ball to pivot smoothly.

As Chad mentioned, 13/64. I tried to remember off the top of my head and failed.

Getting my serpent tomorrow, hope I like it. A buddy of mine has had a few of them and his only complaint was bearings going out.

Upgrade to a reputable bearing company and lube them between races and you'll have a lot less failures.

I'm running Avid Revolutions and like them, especially since they offer Serpent specific bearings with the rubber seal on the flange side for the outer wheelbearings.

I'm missing a part from my kit, is there a way to get it sent to me free of charge?

It's the dark plastic that you insert the bearings into. I've looked high and low for the part and I don't have it.

Actually under further review I'm missing 4 parts total. Some parts from radio tray parts tree are missing.
